Response: Yay! I'm so glad you got it and you like it. I guess the issue the first time was not enough postage!
Response: Oh, no! Is your laptop fixed or did you have to buy a new one?
Response: Hooray!!! I dropped it in the mailbox and hoped for the best not knowing if it would make it. So glad it made it!
Response: Oh, I'm so glad you like them! I found the fabrics at a local quilt shop. It was in early October so they had a good selection of things with skulls. :) I've also seen them on the equilter.com website using skull as a search term.
I just love the Death character in Terry Pratchett's books. He's more complex than the typical Grim Reaper character. Have you read Hogfather? That's a good Death book, too. :)
Response: Nanny Ogg's best would probably have me falling down drunk after three sips! :) But, apple scumble does sound like a wonderful holiday drink.
Response: Definitely try out the audio books! Make sure the narrator is Stephen Briggs. Some of the earlier books have a different narrator that I don't like, the voices he used just did not go with the characters' personalities. He made Carrot sound thicker than a yard of lard. I really wish they would redo those books with Stephen Briggs!
I see you're also signed up for the Hogswatch card swap! Should be fun!
Response: My apologies, I just realized I didn't respond to your comment. :(
I'm so glad you liked the package and that you think your son will love the letter and the photo! I tried to tailor the letter to his interests. Fortunately, there was a lot in this area to work with. :) Please let me know what he thinks of them after he receives them in your Christmas countdown!
Response: I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your family member. :( It's hard to think of anything else at a time like that.
I'm so glad the package got there and that you enjoyed it. I had fun putting it together! :)
Response: I'm so glad you liked them! I am finding that doing swaps has given my creative side a little kick that it has needed. :)
