New Years Resolution Survival kit

Every year we make new years resolutions. In this swap we are going to put together a survival kit together for our partner to help them with their resolution
When you join, list a few resolutions that you would like help with. They can be anything, just keep in mind we dont want to make it impossible for our partners to put together a kit. When partners are assigned find your partners list and put together a kit to help them with their resolutions. You can choose one resolution from the list for your survival kit or you can include things to help for a number of your artners resolutions. If possible, include a letter to explain why you chose the items you did. Be as creative with your items or as literal as you want.
Include 5-10 items for your parcel.
