Not too clear on what "eye for art" means. Like the paintings in a gallery, or your own personal take on what art is?

Are we to mail our decorated envy inside of another envy or is the decorated envy the mailer?

THE Decorated envelope is the mailer so leave room for the address and the stamp when decorating.

The your eye for art is how you would like to decorate the envelope by painting,stamping stickers but not all stickers drawing just what ever you would like. But make it really nice ok.
