It's been awhile since I have participated in an official seahorse swap. So here we go. This swap is for one ATC for each of two partners (2 ATCs in total). Any medium allowed (except no 100% digital) -- but you must use at least three different techniques and describe/list them for your partner. Please do your best work. Share the seahorse love. Please be sure that your ATCs are created on or mounted on sturdy stock. Minimum rating of 4.9.
