MODERN Log Cabin block #1

Using this tutorial by Red Pepper Quilts you will make a log cabin block with MODERN fabrics.

The finished log cabin block measures 8.5 inches x 8.5 inches. We will need 30 blocks for a baby size quilt. You can add sashings if you want to your own quilt at the end, but we are swapping the 'bare' blocks.

What I want to do different from the tutorial is that we all use a WHITE 2,5inch centre square in each block.

I want to make this a 10 months swap (no swapping in July and August) so we have to send 3 modern log cabin blocks to 1 partner. The fabric is senders choice as long it's modern, so you can start sewing right away :-)

As this is a group swap, I'm not stating anything about who can join and with what rating (just no unexplaned recent 'ones'). I will angel if that's necessary. Please communicate with your partner (and me) if you are late for whatever reason.
