Well, it has been over 2 years since I logged in. I've been dealing with some personal life shit. But I'm here now, and ready to return to my healthy snack swaps!

This will be the 3rd one ... And since the last two, over two years ago, I've discovered lots of new yummy and healthy/low cal snacks to share. So get ready for FUN and YUM!

Directions:

This is going to be a swap for healthy / low calorie snacks. Think dried fruit, soya crisps, veggie chips,nuts, sugar free candy, low cal drink mixes, sugar free gum, protein bars, other health bars, etc.

This is a snackie swap for those of us watching our weight!

You will have one swap partner, and you will send them AT LEAT 3 different healthy/ low cal snack items.

Your items must EITHER be low in calories or otherwise considered healthy. For instance, nuts are not exactly low calorie, but they are still healthy for your diet. Likewise, a cereal bar might contain a little sugar, but if it's a small/well proportioned bar for a reasonable snack, it still qualifies. But try to send a variety.

Also, if you can, try to send individually wrapped/single serving packs. I realize this may not always be possible (such as with nuts), so don't stress if you can't find them. It's just helpful for those of us trying to track our food!

IMPORTANT - If the nutritional info. is not inlcluded on the individual serving, please include it in your package either by writing/typing it out yourself, or cutting that part of the package off to include it. Also, if your packaging is in any language other than English, PLEASE translate the nutritional info. for your swap partner.

Check your partner's profile or notes below (or message if you are unsure) to ask about food allergies and/or dislikes.

A few wrap ups -- Please, if you send something like crisps (chips), ensure that they won't be crushed by using a box, not an envelope. But you do not HAVE to use a box, if you want to send items that won't be crushed like dried fruit.

Also, remember, send AT LEAST 3 items, If you include a drink mix or sf gum, please include TWO actual FOOD items as your other 3. Also, you can send more than 3, but you DO NOT HAVE TO.
