CROCHET: Granny Square Swap #1

Hi everyone! I have been wanting to do this swap for awhile now :) Are you ready? Do you have your hooks handy?

This swap is about making granny squares to swap with your partner. This month we will make three 6" granny squares in the color blue. You can use any shade of blue, (no varigated) but make sure you don't use baby yarn or cotton yarn; 4 ply worsted weight swill work fine. I plan to use my Red Heart and Caron United stuff :p.

You can use any pattern you like, the size and type of yarn need to be consistent with the rules. Don't forget to put a note in with the squares, it's nice to chit chat

The Nitty Gritty: No flakers please. If you don't think you can make the squares and send them off on time, then please don't join this time around. There will be more swaps of this kind coming up.

Newbies are welcome, just have a well filled out profile please :) No unexplained 1's or 3's. I will be checking profiles.

Most of all, I want you to have fun with this. Maybe try a new pattern, use 2 or 3 shades of blue in a square, get into it!
