Pocket Letters are a new type of swap that caught on very quickly and has gone viral. This is BLoG's first Pocket Letter swap! If you don't know what Pocket Letters are, check out this video tutorial and get inspired. Give it a try... won't you? Decorate pocket fronts of a 9 pocket trading card protector sheet in a Spring Bird theme. Fill the back of at least 5 of the pockets with surprises for your partner (see ideas below). Pocket fillers do not have to be bird themed. Write a letter to your partner which will go in the center pocket. Letter message is your choice, but write more than just a few lines. Send the whole page folded in thirds within a regular #10 envelope. Some ideas for pocket fillers:
This swap is International and Pocket Letter and it's contents are sender's choice. For a personalized Pocket Letter, please check partner profile for favorite colors or style....but not required as it's senders choice. Aim to make your partner happy with work you'd want to receive yourself. If item was received and met swap requirements, please rate a 5; Hearts are optional and can be awarded for a personalized piece, extra special work, etc... Please note: mail overseas routinely takes 2-4 weeks. Communication with your partner is important. Minimizing dimensional embellishments helps keep international mailing costs down. REMEMBER: Anyone can join an International Swap. USA members are welcome to join if you'd like to swap with International members. AEK7300 will angel if needed. Anyone who flakes on this swap will be removed from inclusion in future swaps. Please feel free to ask questions and make suggestions in comments below... |
