Buying loads of washi at almost 3 dollars each is just out of the question for me.... Hello I'm on a budget!!!!! I see washi swaps all the time but they don't want to swap Dollar Tree or Dollar Store washi... Unless were all shopping at the same store I bet we are getting different washi. So let's swap 6 different washi's and at least 18 inches long.... I just started in the paper craft world this year and have found I love Dollar store washi just as much as I do the ones from Walmart!
Don't forget to stick a piece of paper in with your samples that has your user name and swap name on it!

can i ask what's the differance between washi and deco tape i have both that are really nice just wanted to know

@Stahlrala deco tape is typically more plasticky -- like the adorable tiny trios of Disney (Princesses, Finding Dory, Doc McStuffins, etc.) tapes at Dollar Tree; you need scissors or a serrated-edge dispenser to cut it. Washi tape is more translucent and tears fairly easily/cleanly by hand.

I know what you mean by Dollar Tree/Store washi, but if we purchased, say 3M washi, at that kind of store, are we permitted to use it in this swap? May we also use the washi from Target's "Bullseye's Playground" (the $1 and $3 area at the front of the store)?

YES!!!! goldfinchmeadowlark any washi from dollar spots, dollar stores, 99 cent stores or dollar tree. Your target's bullseye's playground spot sounds awesome as there isn't a Target around me for at least 2 hours ride I don't have any of those. I also have a swap up for any kind of washi or whatever swap where u can trade any kind of tape u use to decorate....
