SS: Washi Tape Magnet Strips (USA)

Let's make Washi Tape Magnets!

For this particular swap lets make some magnet strips. This will be senders choice in regards to tape selection, embellishments, and how the ends of the magnet strips are finished. You will have 1 partner and will send your partner 4 washi tape magnet strips that are at least 2.5 inches in length.

Here are some examples to help get you started, but please don't limit yourself to these examples. Feel free to take it a step further with embellishments etc...

I made the above magnets in about 30 minutes, while I was watching TV. Very easy. I backed the washi tape with plain white copy paper to keep the vibrancy of the colors to be ruined by the darkness of the magnet. I used adhesive magnetic strip Craft Magnets that came in a 1/2" X 10' roll for $2.99.
