Your Fifteen Minutes Of Fame // Mix CD E-Swap

Like many others, I really love discovering and sharing new music but I don't always have the cash and resources to send out physical mix CD's. For this swap, you'll be sending a mix CD in .zip or .rar format via e-mail to three (3) partners and will be receiving three mixes in return!

Haven't you ever had that passing dream of being in a band? Even if, like myself, you have no musical talent, there are still those lingering daydreams of rocking out on stage in front of a crowd of adoring fans, singing your heart out. For this swap, you'll be creating your dream cover band's "set list" - or a mix of 15 or more songs that you would rock out to if you were to ever get up on stage. When you're finished, upload that zipped folder of all your songs to a file sharing site like Sendspace or Megaupload (or, if your provider can handle it, just attach it to an e-mail) and send the link to all of your partners. All music should be in .mp3 format, just in case your partner doesn't have iTunes, and be sure that none of your songs are AAC encoded! (This happens when you purchase music from the iTunes store.)

The Requirements: I'm leaving this swap open to newbies because it's pretty simple, but you absolutely MUST have a completed profile BEFORE signing up for the swap. No recent no-sends within the past three months and I reserve the right to ban anyone who looks particularly suspicious. I'm sorry - I'm just trying to keep it flaker free!
