First, pick a note card for your partner... Second, write to your partner about the theme for this week... Third, add a flat surprise for your partner... Fourth, seal and send... This week our theme is EXERCISE. Write anything you wish about exercise. Do you enjoy it or do you have to force yourself to exercise, do you do it at home or the gym, do you have a regular plan or just wing it... Be sure to write a nice long note in your note card for your partner to enjoy.
