You will make one scrap sampler booklet for your partner. A scrap sampler booklet is a small book with various papers inside that your partner can rip out/remove from the book to use in her journal, or for card making, or ATCs, or whatever. Please include at least 20 papers - gel prints, scrapbook paper, rice paper, wrapping paper, stamped paper, book text, map pieces, ledger or graph papers, clean-up paper, inked or sprayed papers, and any other kind of unusual or fun paper to be used for other projects. Size? At least 3" x 5" but you can go a bit larger. Keep the ATC size in mind - 2.5" x 3.5", and AT Coins which are 2.5". Your partner can use one of the larger pieces you include for an ATC or AT Coin background You can bind this in any number of ways. Here is one example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezKNIi1tLf8 You can use your own preferred binding method. In my opinion, these books are different from a flow-ish journal. You rip pages out of this book and you do not bind pages in the flow-ish so they are easier to remove. This is meant to be fun and a way to clean off your desk. You do not have to decorate the cover but you can if that's how you roll. One booklet for one partner. This may exceed a first class stamp amount and I urge you to get the envelope weighed and evaluated by the post office. |
