SS: Tic Tac Toe handmade card 6-2019 (USA)

Create a handmade card for your partner. This is sender's choice with a twist! You must use the Tic Tac Toe image to determine three specific elements that must be included on the card. For instance, you can get a tic tac toe on the top horizontal row, so you muse use your favorite color, washi tape, and a stamped image on your card. If you want to add other elements, that is up to you, but you must use the elements in a traditional tic tac toe from the image. Other than that, it's sender's choice! Be sure to include an envelope for your partner to use.

Be sure to include your Swap-bot user name and the swap name.
