Description:
Create one ATC for each of your partners (3 ATC's Total) with the following theme: Pastel Halloween! Include title and signature on the back along with any other desired information. All Halloween subjects are alright from witches, cats, bats, and pumpkins to candy corn, monsters, and more as long as they are pastel-ized. Use any medium you wish, but it goes without saying no sticker slapping or rushed work. Doubt I'll have to angel with you wonderful people, but if an emergency arises let me know!
