Description: | |
I thought I'd try some themed swaps. For this swap, you will need to choose a book FROM YOUR TBR LIST, not add another title to your list. The idea is to help mix things up and cross off some more titles. This will be an EMAIL swap and you will send to 3 partners (be sure to use BCC for the email, if you send the same email to all 3 partners.) In the lists we've swapped, I've noticed that several people have ARC's on their list. I know I do, so I thought this would be a good one to start with! If you don't have an ARC, but want an additional challenge for the month, choose an e-book (or the e-book version of one of your print books) for this month. Choose an ARC or ebook from your TBR list and read it over the next few weeks. Be sure to list the title and author in the comments section below when you join! If you don't have a book listed, you may be dropped from the swap. Read the book - or as much of it as you have time for - and then send your partners an EMAIL with the title and author of the book. Is this an ARC? If so, add the publication date, if you can find it. (Good Reads is pretty good at having current publication dates.) Send your partner a copy of the description of the book - can be your own or from the publisher - and what you thought of it. Would you recommend it? Why did you choose it? Then just send that email off to your partner by the send by date. If you can't get the book finished before the send by date, just send as much of the above info as you can, and let your partners know you didn't get it finished yet. Hopefully, this will help us all cross at least one book off our list. :) If you have any questions please send me a PM And - Don't forget to list the title and author of your book below. Thanks! |
