SSM: Stamped surprise notecard

For this swap, you will send your partner a nice note on a notecard. (It should be more than just swap info). Inside you will also include one small flat surprise for your partner (sticker sheet, washi, postcard, ect). Please avoid your partner's dislikes.

On the envelope you should stamp it with at least THREE stamps on the outside, along with some sort of decoration on it to make it a special piece of mail.

Group rating applies, along with logging in three days before swap start with no late swaps on dash.
