My son has started karate and soon will start baseball and I really need some slow cooker (Crock Pot) recipes for those nights when we are too busy to cook! This is awesome, I just received a crockpot for Christmas and am still playing with it. If possible, I would love to get recipes either large quantities and with freezing instructions or scaled back for smaller households (I have a giant size one - 6 qts I think - but I cook for one most of the time, haha). If it's not possible, don't worry about it, I can figure it out :) Thanks!
