Description:

I was so inspired by the recent haiku swap by mystmaiden that I wanted to start a haiku "challenge" swap of my own!

For this swap, write a haiku for your partner, and then use any of your other talents to make it into a decorative (or practical) item. For example, you can illustrate it with sumi ink to make a poster, make it part of a mini-zine, embroider it on a hankie (which is what I plan to do), paint it on a small stone, or come up with another idea using a medium that you like. This is sender's choice--just make something of a quality that you would love to receive.

This is a group swap, so flaking shouldn't be an issue, but of course let me know if problems arise.

Added note--any form of haiku is fine! You do not need to follow the 5-7-5 syllable count.

Thanks! I love combining different crafts and arts.

I might not have access to the internet Sunday, so if I can't assign partners tomorrow I will do so Monday.

One further note--any form of haiku is all right. You do not need to follow the 5-7-5 syllable format!
