no, they are definatly not manga characters. Manga is a japanese drawing style and is used to make manga books ( grahic novels ) and anime ( animation of manga ). Please do google. Mangas are widely availible on the internet i really sugest you buy some quickly and get reading/ watching to really make up your mind about what manga/anime you are going

Atc's are 2.5 in x 3.5 in they fit nicely into the trading cars sleeves that most people put baseball or gaming cards in. ATC means Artist Trading Card, they are not for sale. only for trading. You can find tons of info and examples on the internet as well. Hope that helps!
