We'll each keep track of our weightloss and health maintenance goals and progress over a 90-day time span, and we will share that progress with each other through:
and 2. a 90-day journal. Start the journal at the beginning of the time span with an introduction, assessment of current situation, desired goal, and ideas for how to get there. End the time span with a review of progress, successes and stumbling blocks, of what worked and what didn't. Fill the middle of the time-span with whatever seems appropriate, whatever keeps you motivated and working toward your goals. just some ideas: Track some of your daily menus or workouts... Collage some images of what you'd like to achieve... paste in some inspiring quotes or exercise ideas... confess your cravings... draw a picture of your ultimate bathing suit or dress... paste in a collage of found objects from your walk around the block... remember to keep a journal for yourself too! It's such a heartbreak to give away your journal at the end if you've forgotten to make a similar one for yourself! ;) |
