TPC - Sticker Traveling Post Card Swap TPC's are postcards with a theme. Follow the theme on the postcard and rummage through your sticker collection to stick on the card. Pass it along to the next snail mail pal and when its full, you send it back to who it belongs to. For this swap, send your partner 3 new or established TPCs. Please make sure they are not already on it or that its not their card.
