Description: | |
International, 1 partner, minimum of (cost of) 1 stamp to mail. Let's have a NICE November, and share or tell our partner about it. This is kind of an 'anything goes' (as long as it's mailed by post) kind of swap. I'll let you choose what that means for your and your partner. This also means that it's a bit of a gamble for us all to join. I could create a pocket letter reflecting my November, complete with recipes I use for Thanksgiving dinner and my partner could send me a postcard in return with a short message. It's a gamble, but that's ok. If you feel like - or have TIME to - be creative and make something for your partner, you are more than welcome to do so. But the minimum for this swap is a stamped and written post card with a list of what you did in November. Greetings / notecards (handmade or store bought) with a message about your November, a letter, a journal, a Pocket Letter, zine, information about Gods or Goddesses that you are studying or celebrating, a nice recipe for a winter time tea blend, some starter candle magic, Listopia type letter or journal - really, this is SENDER'S CHOICE. And hey, if you start out making something really cool and creative and run out of time or it's just not working - that's ok, you can send a postcard! This is a chance to share a bit of our month with our partner, but maybe more low-stress if life happens! It's great if the swap is Pagan in theme, because that's what our group is all about, but don't feel like you need to limit your swap to only Pagan themes. (I mentioned Thanksgiving, after all...) If you have any questions, or if this idea isn't making sense, PLEASE send me a PM so I can clarify.I will not see comments left below, so your question probably won't get answered in time. But I do check my PM's frequently. Also, this swap is International, so you might need to send outside the country. Just keep that in mind. Partners will be assigned later in the month, but you can start on your ideas now, or keep a list of things you wish to share with your partner. And, because this is International, if the swap you are sending includes tea or items like leaves or feathers, please check with your post office to verify that your partner will be able to receive what you are sending. Some countries are limiting those types of items, and it would be disappointing for your partner to get opened or damaged mail. :( If you have ANY questions or comments Please send me a PM! I'm considering doing this swap for December and January as well, if there's an interest. Please let me know if you like the idea and are interested! |
