Description:
Drag out your (too) many rolls of kawaii tape and cover an envelope (minimum 6.5 X 3.5). Top to bottom, front and back... (leave space for an address!! or use a label...) and then pick out 20 flake stickers to put in it. The tape doesn't have to be kawaii brands, but the flakes do. Easy peasy.
