CC: Summerween Read-a-Thon 2026

The Summerween Read-a-Thon is back this summer to help you read creepy books all summer long. BookTuber "gabbyreads" hosts this fun read-a-thon every summer to encourage readers to read horror and thriller books.

OFFICIAL DATES: Friday, July 3rd- July 9th but we are going to extend this until the end of July. Choose one of the prompts below:

Prompts
1. read a book in the dark (or at night)
2. read a horror or thriller book
3. read a book by a new to you author
4. read a book with pink on the cover
5. read a book that is less than 250 pages

Send your partner a postcard, notecard or letter with the name of the book and author you read and the prompt that you chose. Add a brief summary and try not to give away any spoilers in case your partner wants to read it.
