For this pc swap it will be for 1 pc to 1 partner. Of any University, or college in the world.

Pcs can be new, vintage ( of ANY size), b&w, or colored, or sepitone.

Now this pc swap is going to for how the recipiant wants their cards sent to them. If they want it naked & stamped, then send it to them naked & stamped. BUT, if they want it unwritten on & in an envie, then be sure to send it to them that way then.
