I'm new to this.. what is a skinny? Is it like an ATC but different size or is it a greeting card that is this specific size? Sorry for the question that has an obvious answer to those who do this.

correct, a skinny is the same concept of an atc, you just have more space to work with. a skinny is 3x5 inches.
