For this swap send your partner 10 INDIVIDUAL TEAS. Check profiles for any allergies and any teas your partner does not like, try to follow this as a rough guidline but if you must throw in one or two that is not 100% to their tastes to make up the number then go ahead, but please make majority of the tea bags a flavour that they like.

Nothing out of date, for this swap make sure it is a sealed tea bag (not loose leaf) so if your partner wants to pass it along in future swaps they can.
