Thank you to the loving souls who prayed for me and my family during our most difficult times.

It's only been in the past few months that a hot glue gun and a little modge podge felt as good as therapy.

As the sun begins to shine again I hope to re-connect with this group and share our love for crafting.

I live in North Carolina. I am blessed with a home surrounded by trees, fireflies, deer, fox, raccoons and frogs. I have grown to love sweet tea, a southern drawl and a much slower pace. However, I will always call a shopping cart a "cart" and not a "buggy".

I love all music!! 40's, 70's and 80's are my favorite. Big Band, Donna Summer, B-52's...assorted. I love vintage ANYTHING. I could spend my days at thrift stores and yard sales and prefer used, clearance, closeout or anything opposite of full retail. I am a serious animal lover. I spay and neuter without exception and always adopt a rescue. Our home is currently filled with 2 dogs and 3 cats. I love 70's era home decor, food, fashion and disco. I am most proud of the compassionate, funny, perceptive children I have sent out into the world. I LOVE football!! Carolina Panthers is my home team. I am a severe introvert and I love to make people laugh.

Anything with vintage books, magazines, catalogs, yearbooks, board games, postcards, photos, jewelry. Mixed media, ATC's, altered books, boxes, jewelry. Paper, stamps, ink, paint, crayons, glitter, scissors. Pottery, glass, clay, beads, wire, metal, tiles. Easy crochet with big needles and chunky yarn. I like painting things, glueing things and making a mess. Modge Podge is my no-fail favorite! I love all crafts!!!

Anything vintage or retro. Paper, ads, postcards, photos. Circus, Old Disney, Harry Potter, Las Vegas, stationary, stickers, rubber stamps, fabric, bottle caps, soap, vinyl records, black jellybeans, coffee, tea, socks, old books, Halloween, shamrocks, leprechauns, circus art, gnomes, Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). Sheet music. Playing cards, board game pieces, poker chips, journal pages, handwritten notes.

Odd Interests: Along with my love of Halloween, I also like witches, Freak Show, Vintage Oddities, creepy b&w photos, zombies, creepy dolls, fortune tellers, creepy clowns, old B Movie Horror flicks, etc. I LOVE BLACK CATS!!

Items from other countries including postcards, magazines, newspapers, bottle caps, matches, candy. Foreign countries are magical to me. Especially the history, customs, food.

Dislikes: Black licorice, chocolate and peanut butter together, Christian/Religious items. I am not religious, but spiritual. I am interested in learning about other religions (non-Christian) and other cultures. Stuffed animals, silk flowers.

I grew up watching: 70's & 80's Cartoons and TV; Brady Bunch, I Dream of Jeanie, Bewitched, Superfriends, HR Puff and Stuff, Alice, Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley.

Movie List: Casino, Breakfast Club, Titanic, Color Purple, Christmas Vacation, all Rock Hudson & Doris Day movies, most horror films before 2005, Fight Club, Forrest Gump, Back to the Future, The Shining, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, a Tree Grows in Brooklyn, almost ALL Disney movies.
