Hi my name is Jess!

I am a 29 year old, creative, Canadian lady, currently living in the prairies! I live with my spouse Hayden, and our kitty Poutine.

I have been snail mailing since Sept 2018, and I am loving it! It's really nice to meet new people with crafty interests!

                            Interests

I have many interests, including: crafting, gaming, music, movies, collecting.

Crafting:

I enjoy making flip books, tags, and pocket letters. I really enjoy creating mail designed specifically for a particular partner. I enjoy learning about someone and trying to send something that I think will make them happy!

I also enjoy making earrings, painted rocks, drawing, watercolors, christmas ornaments, and polymer clay projects. I love to attend craft fairs as a vendor, and shopping at fairs to support other creative makers! My friends and I also attend Visual art, and anime conventions, and sometimes vendor at them as well.

Gaming:

Hayden and I really enjoy video games, we have PS4's and a WiiU. My favorite games are: Apex legends, Ark, Fallout (3 & 4/ new Vegas), Borderlands, Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, COD, Titan Fall, Overwatch, Mario kart, Super Smash Bros.

Favorite video game characters: Yoshi, Kirby, Pathfinder, Spyro, Piranha Plants, Princess Peach.

Hayden and I also play the "Magic the Gathering" card game, and D&D.

Music:

I love music! Some of my favorite artists/bands include: Supertramp, The Eagles, Foriegner, Guns n Roses, Heart, ACDC, Neil Young, The Tragically Hip, Coldplay, Blue Rodeo, Fleetwood Mac, Calvin Harris, Queen, R.E.M., Elle King.

Movies:

I am a big fan of animated movies! I love the art, magic, and storylines the most. We are also big nerds, and love Harry Potter and Marvel!

My favorites include:

Studio Ghibli ♡ (all the movies! Spirited Away, Howls Moving Castle, and Ponyo are my tops favs), Harry Potter (proud Hufflepuff!), Fantastic beasts, Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit movies, Jurassic Park, Marvel movies, Dreamworks movies, Pixar movies, Disney movies.

My favorite characters include:

Smaug (the Hobbit), SOOTSPRITES!, Totoro, Bee and Puppy cat, Harry, Ron, Hermoine, Howl, Calcifer, Ponyo.

Collecting:

I love to collect things! I have my enamel pin collection that I show on my Instagram account. I collect art, stickers, pins from artist that I admire. I have a dice collection for D&D and MTG.

                          Snail Mail:

Favorite animal: Octopus!

I love anything to do with the ocean! Especially deep sea, octopus, whales, jellyfish, sea urchins, sea turtles, sea dragons, sea slugs, creatures of the deep!

I love color!
