Swap friends! I dont know what's going on but I've recieved multiple envelopes with over $3 due on them which seems ridiculous. It used to be you could put additional ounce for extra weight AND non machinable but according to my postal worker, thats not how it works anymore. Whether or not she is correct, I dont know. I have found that every post office interprets mail rates differently, which is frustrating. SOOOOO, because of this happening, I just wanted to recommend using Pirateship.com to send parcels. A padded 4x6 envelope is cheaper than sending a bulky paper envelope, god knows why. But all you need is a measuring tape or ruler and a kitchen scale that does pounds and ounces and you can figure out your postage rate and print out a label on pirateship.com and you get a discount on your shipping which is always nice. If you recieve something from me with postage due please let me know immediately and I will venmo you the amount due.
That aside, I just wanted to say that estimating postage can be so frustrating right now, especially with the temporary increases and such, so I wont be rating down for anything due. Just pay it forward to some one else.
⭐️If you have me as your partner for one of the stocking stuffer swaps, check out my favorite thrifted finds for ideas of what you can send me. And even if the swap description says to send an unused item, feel free to send vintage or gently used thrift item my way. I love second hand.

Letter writing was important to my grandmother and great grandmother. They wrote to everyone they could think of. They encouraged me to write through out my life and so I am continuing to do that to honor them and because I love to.
I'm a treasure hunter at heart. I love to find fossils and rocks and discarded treasures at the beach, in the woods, on roads and in thrift stores. I'm the kind of gal that has jars and test tubes filled with fun things. Indiana Jones was my favorite movie growing up, and it ingrained in me a sense of discovery. I even enjoy photographing and logging the wild life and insect finds I come across everywhere I live. I used to go into thrifts stores and collect the notes on scraps of paper found between book pages. Finding things in walls or metal detecting is my jam.

It's so amazing. Of course I am one of those lames who will be keeping it all in a special book or box and never use any of it.
Thank you for your note and the stickers! : ) Wishing you a great week ahead! xoxo
