I've read the whole series. I think I own the first two... they're somewhere in my pile o' books. I found the second one at a store for .50 cents but since I was sure I already had it I put it up on bookmooch, it went pretty quick. I should worn you, the first one especially is a bit unique.. the political spin that they put on the Land of Oz is.. well different.
Have you ever seen Return to Oz? If you have you know how it doesn't have the same magic that the original movie had and it's a bit twisted. That's kinda how the Wicked Series is. It has references to the Wizard of Oz movie and it also has a few more references that relate to the Wizard of Oz books but all in all it has it's own magic about it. A very interesting adventure with twist and turns. My library has an audio book version of two the books in the series (the 1st and the 3rd), so that made them easy reads.. ha ha... but I would recommend them. :)
