I am the mom of two boys, ages 20 and 15.

I live in Atlanta Ga, with my youngest son. I am working my dream job. Sometimes I miss my home in NC, I get to visit often so that helps alot.

I am a Hyperbaric Therapist, I love what I do. Its so rewarding to see my patients heal and get their lives back. I can't see myself doing anything else.

I used to own a quilting store called Neighbors, it was a family business with my dad and my brother being my partners, I worked there and full time at the hospital. I miss it daily. But closing had to happen because of the economy. Maybe one day I will be able to reopen. I took a hit emotionally when we decided to close it, it took a while for me to be able to get back into the art that I love. Swap bot is going to be the spark that I need to start creating again.

I love crafting, knitting, and quilting.

I love making ATC's, handmade cards, postcards. Tags, bookmarks, and scarfs.

I always have way too many projects going at once. So perhaps I am a bit OCD. They all get finished eventually.

I collect, vintage post cards, pottery, and as most artists do art supplies, ribbons, and tidbits of papers.

My whole life I have made art a priority, my children love art galleries and expressing themselves through art and dance.

My favorite color is purple, I love trees.

I have two wonderful cats, Eleanor and Sebastian, who knew that I would become the cat lady..

I grew up in NC, small town girl. So small a town that our movie theater is only open in the summer.

I miss my mountains but I am proud of what I have accomplished in the big city...

I read it in 8th grade. It was my grandmothers favorite book, she loaned it to me. I wrote a book report about it and my teacher wouldn't grade it because she never believed that I read it. So I loaned her the book. I made an A. Smiles

I don't watch TV.
