Hi Everyone, I am a child of the 80's growing up (now growing old) on the Westcoast of British Columbia.

I am a former synchronized swimmer, and a current florist and preschool teacher looking for new ways to channel my creative energies. I like to work with my hands to create floral designs, planters, ornaments, tags/cards, displays/vignettes, collages and whatever else strikes my fancy. .

Things I like in no particular order...

Animals: cats, dogs and birds (especially crows, owls, eagles, and song birds)

Nature: rivers, lakes (not so much the ocean), mountains, trees, flowers, rocks, leaves, moss, seeds and pods, dandelions,

Wine: all kinds really, but especially cabernet-the source of most of my inspiration :)

gardening, organizing, taking long drives to wherever (maps..oooh), swimming, The Beatles, collecting 'cool' reclyables

Paper Crafts: bookmarks, atc's, magazine collages, ephemera, gift tags, library cards,

DON'T LIKE overly cutesy anything, lots of bling (but sparkle is nice)
