Hi, I live on a farm in the very, very south of Texas. I raise chickens for sale.

I use Vistaprint for most of my postcards. Most of the time I use my own photos.

I love to cook and try new recipes from around the world. I adapt what I can with the ingredients I can find here in Texas. I am allergic to cow's milk so substitute plant based, goat or sheep's milk cheese when I can in recipes.

I also like to trade recipe postcards.

My favorite books are historical romances. I read a book a day.

The Amazing Race, Masterpiece Theater and Dancing with the stars.

I especially like to make postcards of different recipes I have tried and adapted to fit my allergies. I am allergic to cows milk and soy. I try to cook all the recipes that come to me on postcards. All that is but haggis and some Russian ones as I can't seem to find an ingredient. It always amazes me when a postcard comes from another country and is in English.
