I had a look at your blog! I love it and hope you do continue to post there, when you can. It was so great to see you! :) Thank you for writing in English. I will definitely come back to visit and comment, when I have more time to really enjoy it. :)

Thank you so much for you sweet reference to my Gooseberry Glitter in the forums! That really made my heart feel glowy.

This little piggy followed me over here and I thought you might enjoy her.
Have a lovely day, lovely friend!

Am I too late for breakfast? No matter, I'm having a bagel and tea as I cruise the Bot this morning :)

I envy your sewing skills, I'd love to be able to whip up a few little things. But sadly, I am without a machine. I think my little one would love a caped hoodie as well. He loves to be "super" ... I try telling him that using a old vampire cape from Halloween is just as good, but he claims otherwise. Who am I to argue with a superhero?

I'd love to sew some aprons, I think they're just lovely. I tend to go overboard with new projects, so if I did find myself with a shiny new sewing machine, everything in the house would likely end up with an unnecessary cozy / slipcover!

I guess I'll just stick to baking as my domestic pursuit. Right now, rhubarb is still in season and I'm giddy. My oldest son always looks forward to rhubarb cake, but I prefer pie.

Well, I've had a nice visit this morning, thanks for having me :)

Hello, again! :)

I tagged you in the forums to leave a comment! Thank you for the offer of a cup of tea. I'd love it if we really could. :)

Congratulations on almost being at 30 Type-3 swaps! It looks like you'll be there once you complete the rest of your swap line-up. Good for you!

I also like to sew. I took it in high school long, long ago, but had a very intimidating teacher and I was very shy, so I didn't do so well in there. I received a good grade, but definitely wasn't confident in my skills or self to ask questions and to really learn. Recently, I took a refresher course in Savannah and really enjoyed it! At the end of the course, I went out and bought a new sewing machine. I absolutely love it! Nothing fancy, just a basic machine, but it's a lovely one. :) Maybe someday I will be brave enough to do a little private swap with you, maybe a little bag or something like that?

You sound like me in the housekeeping department. hee hee. I am watching episodes of How Clean is Your House? Thankfully, my house isn't that bad (mostly!) but it really is a good motivation! I watch a ten-minute episode and go off to clean for about an hour or two and then watch another episode and off I go. That seems to be working very well in my latest effort to spring clean. ;)

I have never been to Belgium or anywhere much outside of America (we went to Prince Edward Island, Canada last year for a week. First time EVER outside of the country!) but from what I know of Belgium, it's a beautiful country. Sadly, the only pictures I've really seen are in World War II movies. Even so, I can see it's a beautiful place. :) I definitely love the chocolate! I knew a family when I was growing up whose last name was Flamling and I think they said that was a Flemish name. The father came over here as a child right after World War II.

I have to say your English is amazing! I am very impressed at how well you speak (type). I know English and Southern (hee hee) and that's it.

Well, thank you for allowing me to visit and for the tea! Hope you're having a lovely day, my friend.

Thank you for the lovely wishes for my day (a few days ago!) I have been having two absolutely wonderful days in a row, so your wishes are working! You have powerful good wishes (my toe doesn't give me any problems, and I remember you sending me good wishes for it as well.) ;)

I am sending you wishes for a beautiful, sparkly, lovely day as well, my friend.

The fabric ATC tag arrived today! I really like it, and I'm going to take it to my Spanish lesson this evening :) I think you did a really nice job, both the front and the back.

I'm curious, did you send it on the same day as the awful ATCs? Because they both arrived today.
