I knit, crochet, belong to a dollhouse miniatures club where we make things for our dollhouses, or design displays for different dollhouse scenes. I also love sewing cloth dolls, restoring beat-up or poorly made dolls with potential, quilting, cross-stitch and mixed-media collage. I collect all types of lace and trims, vintage buttons, and fabric scraps - LOVE scraps.

My favorite music all depends on my mood: sometimes its Aerosmith, or KC & the Sunshine Band, or Patsy Cline, or Shubert...you get the picture.

My favorite movie...its a toss up between Breakfast at Tiffanys or Out of Africa....or the original Dr. Zhivago...

Favorite books are any of the Sherlock Holmes stories, Little Women, The Secret Garden, and I love POETRY magazine, which I subscribe to.

Favorite fabric: silk, favorite colors: blues and bluey greens, warm rusty golds with wine dark reds and sage green, favorite place: the Codman Estate in Lincoln, MA, favorite baseball team: the REDSOX!!! Favorite holiday: CHRISTMAS - I think about it all year! and try to make at least a couple of presents. And finally, I am a gardener - the large window in my dining room looks over our side garden, there's a stone birdbath in the center surrounded by pink impatiens and lambs ears....peace and beauty.
