CHRISTMAS...about the only holiday I decorate for and I lean towards Christmas trees...any size and style πππ I put them in every room of my house πππ
VINTAGE!!! Even if a swap says new postcards only...if you have a vintage card (especially linen!!) that meets all other qualifications I will be happy to receive it with no complaints!!!
My favorite postcards are anything coastal...sea creatures...boats...lighthouses...beaches...seafood recipes...you get the idea!
I also love vintage linen postcards with any theme
Japanese woodblock art...Asian architecture
Books, book themes, libraries, and literary characters
I like views of rooftops
Dolls, dollhouses, and miniatures
Foggy scenes
Clocks and compasses
You can send me good quality ad cards if they fit the theme of a swap
I love to read!
I get completely obsessed when I find a new mystery series. I must read them in order! I'm currently reading Jonathan Kellerman, Timothy Hallinan and Robert Crais. I also love fantasy...Twilight, Harry Potter, Repairman Jack , Game of Thrones...just to name a few! A few more...Elly Griffiths, John Sandford, and Fred Vargas
I love to alter books for journals and I have no qualms about ripping out pictures and print pages to use in other paper-craft projects!
I love ephemera!
I enjoy going to thrift stores and yard sales...I cannot pass up old cards and wrapping paper and vintage advertising! I use them in junk journals and albums and atcs...LOVE those old crinkle edge photos from the 60's
I love vintage fabric! Doilies, embroidery, needlepoint, handkerchiefs...all good!
I prefer embroidered patterned ribbons, especially vintage!
Another reason to go thrifting! I make pillows and altered clothing and I use old and fancy fabrics and buttons in my albums and journals too!
Wish list:
Dislikes:
THINGS! I'd so much rather have items that I can craft with...paper or fabric...books or cards...labels or funky paper. Not just something that sits on a shelf
Yikes!!! I just got my first ONE rating and I'm devastated. (June 2015) I was not contacted first so that I could attempt to make things right!!!! It was an international swap and my assumption is that it was never delivered. (This was successfully resolved by resending) I'm ALWAYS WILLING TO RESEND!!!!! Please, please, please message me if you think that you should have received a swap from me and I will resend. Thanks!!!!
Vintage, well played with by many hands are my favorite. My next favorite are the type with designs on both sides. I use them for crafting, not playing!
I'm very intrigued by postage stamps...I always look at the stamps on my mail no matter where it comes from! I especially like the postal art of Asian countries...also I really (really!) like any and all beach-nautical-marine animal-seabirds-shells, anything along that theme line...Thanks

ABCUSA ~ ABC's & 123's ~ July
I received the 3rd and last item for this swap and I want to say thank you for the beautiful vintage tea towels! They are so pretty and large, I'm thinking about framing them somehow or maybe putting them on canvas to display instead of dirty up as a normal tea towel. Thank you for thinking of me for these beautiful tea towels!
Hugs, Pam
