Favorite Music

I love being introduced to new sounds. Some faves include: Cat Empire, The Whitlams, Edith Piaf, DMB, Buena Vista Social Club, Ben Harper, Lauryn Hill, Journey, Juanes, Nellie McKay, Madonna, Phish, Oasis, Paper Bird, Flight of the Conchords, etc.

Favorite Books

There are far too many! I am a total bibliophile but here are some of my favorite authors: Mario Vargas Llosa, Isabel Allende, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Julia Alvarez, Jaime Bayly, Vladimir Nabokov, Milan Kundera, Erich Segal, etc. I particularly enjoy food/travel memoirs, books about cultures I know little about, and medical non-fiction.

Favorite Movies

Closer, Emperor's New Groove, Love Story, To Sir With Love, Casablanca, La vie en rose, Love Actually, Frida, Chocolat, etc.

Favorite Television

Flight of the Conchords, Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations, Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimern. Guilty pleasure include Ugly Betty, Grey's Anatomy, Girls Next Door, and Gossip Girl.

Response: You're welcome! Honest tea is a brand of bottled cold tea. I like them because they're not as sweet as Snapple. http://honesttea.com/ As for the potato salad, unfortunately I never got the recipe, but I can tell you that it doesn't involve any mayo that I know of.
