Response: I'm so glad I could help - in my opinion, only a fellow sufferer really knows what one means when you say 'migraine', b/c it's definitely not just a mere headache that you can just tough through!
if scrips don't work for you (it's hard to find any that work for me, pain-wise) I wanted to pass on an essential oil fix I found that helps: mixing one drop each of lavender and peppermint essential oil with four drops of jojoba oil and massaging that mixture into the hairline and temples all around the head. tingles a bit, smells neat but doesn't activate any migraine smell triggers, and actually works ... and pretty fast, too, faster than most orally taken painkillers.

Comment: It just goes to show you that one person's trash is another's treasure. We will actually USE these at our little summer place: we watch movies on my tiny laptop (no electricity there, so we huddle around my computer like primatives) and the speakers will boost the sound - it goes in the packing box!

Response: When I saw the cookie dough bites I just couldn't resist ... I didn't know they existed before then, but what PMSing woman could turn them down?!? Wish I could have stuffed more stuff in there, but that was the biggest shoebox I could find. I tried to mix in a good assortment of sweet and salty treats in addition to the body pampering goodies, so hopefully your next bout you'll feel pampered inside and out :)
