DC is surrounded by water (Chesapeake Bay, Potomac River, but no mountains). I just returned from Ocean City, MD (Atlantic Ocean), after a 4 day visit. Response: TukTuk is kind of a public transportation like taxi but it's smaller and can go faster during the traffic jam because of its small size.

Comment: Your envelope arrived but it was torn and only the note was in it. I am sure the cards were nice though. Perhaps in the future you can use a more sturdy envelope when mailing to the United States. These sorting machines tear up envelopes so badly anymore.
