I messaged you that the swap was for a minimum of $3 and the bookmarks you sent cost 15 CENTS at the local Christian bookstore. (The cost is less if you buy them in packs). You replied to my message that you spent 1.50 on each bookmark and "If you want another kind, I can send another kind." It had nothing to do with wanting anything other than what the swap called for. I do not believe that you spent the correct amount on this swap. I know prices vary from one place to another. However, I do doubt that something that cost 15 cents here would cost one dollar and fifty cents there. Still, I will rate a 5 just to have this put to an end so that I may go on happily swapping with others.

The two cards I have are stamped 'Hand Made," but have no name and no indication of what swap they are for on the back. They are pretty cards which I appreciate, but without the sender and swap information on the back of the cards, it is very hard to know which swap they are for.

Her friends are not avid readers like we are, so they are always asking us to recommend one to them, that way we keep them moving. I grew up before the electronic age. I got my children to read and learn to enjoy it, but alas , my grandchildren are of a different generation so it is not so easy to get them to read. Time marches on. ha ha

Comment: Thank you for the cool Chinese Theatre hand/footprint card -- I have only been to LA cursorily, and while I consider myself a New Yorker at heart, I would love to return to explore, since I love film and history :) -- pretty rose postage, and recalling Bill Nye the Science Guy :) I was too young to totally appreciate the music video parodies included, but I loved them just the same.
