Hopefully the mail problems will get sorted out soon. 10/20/2020-received the first envie that was sent...water stains on it and one side looks like it was jammed. The only thing inside that was savable was the small shamrock notecard that was in a plastic wrap. Thank you.
Response: At least it didn't get lost at all. I'm sorry that the original one was damaged but I'm glad that the re-send arrived. I wonder where the re-send overtoook the original swap...

Here in FL we are dressed in short sleeves & shorts, try to see how much work, appts, shopping we can accomplish before 10 AM. Its 10 AM when the day air grows hot, then worse by noon - before sunset. My day usually starts at 5 - 6 AM. Anyway, I want to thank you Andrea for the wonderful PC swaps you host. Happy July!

Response: I'm glad that the re-send arrived so fast. Maybe the original package will arrive someday, too. This was only the second package swap that I had to re-send although I never use tracking. Comment: OMGOMGOMG *Happy Dance* I came home to what looked like a boring business package on my doorstep - realised it was from Germany (so not boring AT ALL) and then when I opened it it totally made my day! I LOVE Nele Neuhaus and was super-happy to get a new Krimi of hers to read! Of course I love the sunflower cards too, but seriously, a Nele Neuhaus book to get my teeth into is the best content the package could possibly have had. Yaaayyyy! A heart OF COURSE and if I could I would give it more!!! Vielen Vielen Dank!! <3

Comment: Danke für die tolle Karte. Ich konnte der Schuhleidenschaft nie frönen, als ich schlank war, hatte ich kaum Geld und heute habe ich kranke Beine. Doofes Schicksal.
Response: Hatte eigentlich eine andere Karte für den Swap vorgesehen und diese zufällig letzte Woche beim Shoppen für andere Swaps entdeckt. Interessant, dass diese Karte schon angekommen ist und die andere, die ich 4 Tage früher abgesendet habe noch nicht...

Response: Der Tee ist auch nicht ganz günstig. Wird ein teurer Spaß, wenn er mir schmeckt ;-) Diese Woche komme ich auch endlich dazu mir ein neues Probierpaket zu kaufen. Sind die zwei Swaps jetzt tatsächlich an 2 Tagen gekommen? Hatte die gleichzeitig eingeworfen...

Comment: Vielen Dank für die hübsche Karte! Du bist also Pfälzerin :) In Freinsheim war ich schon, wir haben von dort aus mal eine Radtour gemacht und uns dann das Städtchen angesehen. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir wohnen ja nicht weit weg, in Rheinhessen. Ja, von Frankfurt habe ich schon einige Karten, ich bin auch öfter dort - von Freinsheim ist das meine erste Karte :)
Response: In Rheinhessen habe ich auch mal gewohnt. Dachte ich mir fast, dass Karten aus Freinsheim nicht so häufig in Umlauf sind ;-) War meine letzte, beim nächsten Besuch muss ich mal wieder welche besorgen. Das Stadtmauerfest im Juli ist immer einen Besuch wert...

Comment: Great profile based selection of cards, thanks so much. I heard that there is a postal strike in Germany, on another site a swapper told me she hasn't gotten mail in a month. How come you can send mail and she can't? Is the strike not nation wide?
Response: My parents haven't gotten mail in the last 3 weeks. In my region it seems not to be such a big problem, but I noticed that I receive less mail than normal. Some mail distribution hubs seem to work, others not. And in some regions the postmen are officials that may not strike.
