Comment: Yay Susan! Your ghosts finally arrived today (10/20!) It came in a USPS "we care" envelope. Your envelope was ripped but nothing seemed to have fallen out. Unfortunately, the ghost and house broke in half BUT nothing a little E6000 can't fix! They are both so adorable--uh, I mean SCARY! :-) Thank you so much!! I love them!

Comment: Susie, I received your the Christmas Journal you created and I absolutely love it!! The cover is so festive and sparkly and I love the snowy white that looks like fresh fallen snow. Your pages have so many beautiful vintage images and you included lots of pockets and tuck places with little treasures inside. I really enjoyed the variety of different techniques you used and the textures you included, especially the laces and ribbons! I can't wait to try the recipes, especially the peppermint layer cake with the m&m trees! You left me plenty of writing space for card lists, gift ideas, and memory notes. Thank you for a beautiful swap!!!

Comment: I love Stephanie! And I love that you gave her a name. :) Thank you for sharing your process with me. I haven't tried clear gesso yet, but I want to. It's nice to see something that has it. I can sooooooo relate to starting confident, then losing it, and then just coming to terms with it. I think that's one of the things that makes swap-bot so great: I can try new things and there's a deadline. At some point I just have to send it. If it was just for me I'd obsess over it forever. Often I look back at photos of things weeks later and think, "That's actually not bad. Why was I so freaked out?" I love her, and I'm so happy to add her to my ATC collection. Thank you! Oh, and thank you for the awesome extras, too. I literally gasped when I saw the dragons. lol <3

Comment: I just love the ATC - vintage is one of my favorite genres. And thanks for the extra papers. I had a stash of backgrounds from paper I made and paint and stamping backgrounds. I gave them to my 3 granddaughters when they wanted to make an ATC like grandma. They sat in their craft area and worked away. I was shocked and dismayed when they hopped in my office and gave me all the ATC's they had made. They smacked one huge 3-dimensional sticker on every one....now I have no backgrounds. I tried pulling off the stickers to save the backgrounds without any luck...now I will have to make more with your papers!

Response: I have made them for each season. Each fairy is different. Some are made from dried plant matter, acorn caps and others are really basic so you can recognize the wood beads and silk flowers. Anyway I am so glad you like her. Contact me for directions if interested.

I feel terrible about this but I am extremely allergic to scents, perfumes and smells and I got a horrible headache as soon as I opened the package due to the soapbox you used. I don't want to just throw it away, do you want me to mail it back to you for your own collection??
Response: As I made it for you, perhaps hang it out side your door. It would be for you to decide. I will make you another with no scent I assure you, sorry for the headache. I get them as well, they are horrible.
