Update: So guess what -- as I went through the stack of today's mail, I found a second envie from you -- the first one you sent. It is clearly postmarked Jan.14 -- arrived today. The resend you graciously sent is postmarked Feb. 3. Both arrived today! Crazy postal system. Thank you for being so on top of this and resending before I even contacted you. Very sorry you resent and then they both arrived on the same day!!

Comment: Loved the socks, the postcards (My parents live in OK, and I was just there but couldnt find any postcards that were OK since I flew into Dallas), the notecards (which are totally "me") the iron ons and I've never had "porcupine balls", might have to try that recipe out. lol Quite the mix of things and more than expected.

Comment: Thanks for the artsy card, Kristi! I found that De Oliveira was a Portugese naturalist painter-that original paining hangs in the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Lisbon. I tried to find more about its subject and why she's so lost in thought, but nothing I could find was in English! I did find a neat postcard site you could check out:

Response: It really keeps them nice---the only thing is that the stamps don't always stick as well as they should, so I put a drop of glue under the stamp to help hold it better. I'm so glad you liked it, I had fun making it.

The tote and eyeglass case are great I love the cottage in the woods fabric. I've got the pincushion hanging on a doorknob next to my sewing machine. Glad you tagged it I was sniffing it think it was a sachet LOL. The towel is hanging in the kitchen I've actually got all my Christmas decorations out except for the tree ornaments.

Response: We have had many around this area over the years---we hadn't had one near our house until last fall--there was a thing they called a microburst that was like a mini tornado--we were lucky, we just had lots of limbs and sticks down in our yard----a trailer park a few blks away was ruined.

Never in a million years would I have expected to receive such an over-the-top package. The tea cup, saucer, and matching coasters left me speechless when I opened them. I kept thinking there was some mistake and I got a neighbor's order. I could not have choosen anything better for myself:) Not only do I love the scripture on them, they are blue - my favorite color, and they go with all the great tea I've received from other swaps lately. I just happen to be looking for a set of coasters for my new sewing room and these are perfect. You were definately guided and I am so blessed. Very vibrant shades of my favorite colors pink and green! The pictures with the women suits and hats...these are the type of outfits I wear when I go to church every Sunday. I really love the selection of stickers and foam stickers. Every time I'm in the craft store I think about getting one of those big bucket of foam stickers... maybe this will make another craft addiction grow.
