Response: I’m sure you will make something neat!
Response: I am disappointed with the 3 as I told you I have a broken foot and can not drive. I sent an extra pincushion and what I thought was special fabric in addition to the required pincushion. I thought that would compensate for the delay. After 9 years on swapbot with no 3’s your rating makes me wonder if it’s time to drop out. Life happens beyond swapbot.

Response: I started with a sheet of watercolored paper. I made a whole bunch of them over the summer and cut them into ATC size backs. Then I do the zen on top. Glad you liked it!
Response: I am so glad! I was afraid it would get caught somewhere and get ripped. I was going to wrap it in clear tape - but it wouldn't stick to the finish I put on it.
Response: Our house was relatively spared - but many around us lost much. It is heartbreaking still to drive around town and see people's possessions piled at the curb waiting for the insurance company to evaluate and the the garbage trucks to haul it off. I am glad you liked the ATC.
Response: So glad you like it!
Response: Thank you. Glad you liked them.
Response: Glad u (they) like it!
Response: You are right - I missed your comments about scrapbooking paper in your profile. I have an envelope started for you that I will fill over the next week or so with some paper more suited to your profile, hopefully. And I will hopefully find some lists and envelopes for you, too.
Response: I am usually much less abstract, too, but have been trying to break out of my predictable, symmetrical, style. Glad you liked it! I did have fun making it!
Response: Funny story about the chips. My sister-in-law and I were crafting and my brother came in and put a bag of those chips on the table by us while he did something else. I thought they were for us - so I grabbed a couple. I loved the way they looked, too! Turns out he mas making his own varnish (I didn't even know you could do that!!) Glad you liked them, too!
Response: As a teacher, I kind of just thought about the kind of things kids would like to know about. I had fun collaging all the parts together digitally to make them fit.
Response: So glad you liked them. I was looking for something a little more classy than a plastic windmill type thing!
Response: Glad you liked it!
Response: I am not entirely sure. I sent out a bunch of swaps recently. It was either watercolors or pastels I imagine. I have done a few large pages of each to cut up into ATC backs. Glad you liked the Z. I keep trying to do something a bit different since we keep getting each other as partners!

Response: I am sorry about the postage. I took it to the window and had the man weigh it before I sent it. I can't imagine how it ended up costing you money. I realized after I sent them that I forgot to put which swap it was for. Glad you figured it out.

Response: Glad you like them. I like 'creating' with digital images - but some people expect more 'crafty' ATCs and don;t appreciate the work in digital creations.
Response: Glad you liked it. Hope you enjoy swap-bot as much as I do!
Response: I see Picasso as very geometric. You actually could do it without the computer. I took a photo of Elvis and drew straight edged polygons on top that loosely copied his features. You could do the same thing with tracing paper I imagine. Then I filled the shapes. It was printed on photo paper. Glad you liked it!
Response: Guess you can re-use the stamp! I hope you didn't have to pay for the postage? If so I will reimburse you. If you collect canceled stamps, I would be glad to send another one and make sure it gets canceled.
Response: No Problem! I have them myself frequently! The swap said "The color green MUST be present in the ATC, whether it is a green ATC base, green pen, etc." If you are not happy with the green background I can do another with a green pen.

Response: I am so sorry! The PO weighed everything. I do not know how they messed the postage up. Again, sorry!
